Meet Ben

Get to know Ben, your Bible study teacher!

“Ben grew up near the mountains of Northern California, along with a younger brother and sister. His parents went through a divorce when Ben was only 8, and his mother raised he and his siblings alone from 1995. Facing the hardships of poverty, he knew there had to be more purpose to life. Ben discovered his purpose while studying the Bible and its prophecies. Throughout High School he had been chasing the world but only found emptiness. In his first year of College though, Ben met some good Christian friends who had the love of Jesus! Ben was encouraged and began to study his Bible afresh! He was amazed at what he found! He was convicted of sin, and found the love, joy, and peace of Christ. He found forgiveness and purpose in Christ! He was born again, and baptized in 2003! From that moment, he wanted to share Christ with others!

In College Ben studied Bible, Communication, and business among other things. He earned a B.S. in General Studies (2009), and also graduated from a Bible college in 2006. Since his conversion to Christ he has travelled to multiple countries, spanning three continents, preaching the gospel to thousands of people and helping them find hope, courage, and a greater understanding of the Bible, especially in the area of prophecy. Ben has also served as an overseas gospel missionary Bible and English teacher in South Korea for four years (2009-2013). Now he's come to the city of Wenatchee to share God's message through Bible studies!
